Attendance and participation in therapy are essential for therapeutic success.

While Short and Speech Therapy Services, Inc. understands that illnesses and emergencies occur, we respectfully request that you avoid frequent cancellations or “no shows” and provide us with advance notification for any cancellations.

All cancellations must be submitted 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

A fee of $75 may be assessed and billed directly to the client (not their health insurance company, as medical insurance does not provide coverage for missed sessions) if the following occurs:

• If cancellations are made less than the required 24 hours.

• If the client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment.

Therapy fees are due at the time of service. Payment methods accepted at this time include debit, credit, HSA, FSA, HRA.

Short and Speech Therapy Services, Inc. is currently an out-of-network provider. A Superbill may be provided upon request to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please call your insurance company for information on speech and langauge evaluations and therapy.
