Short & Speech was founded by Amanda Short out of a passion for helping others communicate. We're clinician-owned and operated, which means every decision is made through the lens of what's best for students and clients.
Our mission
To assist those in our community who are seeking services to achieve their communication goals. We treat articulation and phonology disorders, language delays, and stuttering — in person within Egg Harbor Township and surrounding areas, and virtually throughout New Jersey.
Amanda Short, MS CCC-SLP
Lead Speech-Language Pathologist and Owner. Amanda has worked in public schools, charter schools, home health, and skilled nursing facilities — and delivers services both in-person and online.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Speech and Language Pathology, Stockton University
- M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology, Nova Southeastern University
- ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)
- New Jersey state-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Award for Continuing Education (ACE) recipient
